Pheadra's coloring is so beautiful she must be seen to be believed! She's a 1950s vintage halo hat with a base comprised of overlapping green millinery leaves. Playfully embellished around it are fuchsia pink velvety leaves and pom-pom buds. And tying it all together is a wrap-around fuchsia French net birdcage veil. Her underside is pink felt with 2 side combs and her labels reads Beltone Hats New York, along with a separate Union Label. There are a couple of minor breaks in her veiling but they do not take anything away from her vibrant beauty. Phaedra measures 16” around internally, 6.5” diameter and her veil is 9” from crown. She's a must for your colorful vintage look!
