She's a full-faced birdcage mesh veil of graduated length delicately dotted with multi-colored yet understated sparkles. Her base is a metal headband encased in gathered black 3/4" grosgrain ribbon. Her veil measures approx. 15" at the longest front part and gets shorter as it wraps around the face to meet the headband. Tansy can be worn alone as a headband-veil or placed under a hat (we highly recommend one of our vintage top hats!) for the ultimate in dramatic looks! One size fits most.
